Data Storage Expo
Asia’s largest event focused on data storage solutions and management, Data Storage Expo (DSE) is May 11-13 in Tokyo. SNIA Japan will participate by having a booth, and the Chair of SNIA, Wayne Adams, will give a keynote presentation at this important event.
SNW China
Storage Networking World China (SNW China) will be in its eighth year in 2011. Held on May 31 in Beijing and June 2 in Shanghai, SNW China features a highly successful Hands-On Lab, Expo, and professional development sessions.

Storage Developer Conference
This year will mark the eighth annual Storage Developer Conference (SDC), taking place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, Calif., September 19-22. Expected to draw more than 250 developers and engineers, SDC is the only event created by storage developers, for storage developers.
The conference agenda is in the planning stage and presentation proposals are now being accepted. Categories for consideration include Green and Energy Efficient IT Technologies, Cloud Storage, Development Tools and Techniques, Professional Development, and other important storage developer topics. SNW Europe
Under the theme of “The Power of the Cloud,” this year’s SNW Europe – co-located with the Datacenter Technologies and Virtualization World conferences – will take place November 2-3, 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany. This conference is among the most proven educational forum for IT end users involved in data management, IT storage, and business continuity.
Quality session submissions from IT end-users, consultants, industry analysts, and system integrators/VARs are currently being accepted. Submissions should consist of case studies or technology updates with a focus on real-world deployments and/or methods and best practices to evaluate new, existing or future solutions. Consider submissions about hot technology topics like private/public cloud and virtualization, data and IT infrastructure TCO/ROI and managing continued information growth, or vertical technology topics like information management and storage networking. Presentation proposals should be submitted online by May 6, 2011.
