This course is designed for professionals working with Data Storage and Storage Networking solutions, this course provides the real world knowledge and practice needed to assess, design, implement, and maintain a multi-vendor, Storage Networking Solution. COURSE DESCRIPTION This course is designed to prepare the student for the SNIA Certified Architect exam (S10-300). The course will increase the candidate’s knowledge of assessments, planning and design from a storage networking perspective. After completion of this course, the successful candidate will have the knowledge to architect a solution leveraging industry best practices and standards including ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management) principles. This course does not cover basic concepts and technologies. In addition, delegates will understand the capabilities and limitations of existing technologies and architectures in assessing, planning, building, configuring, and troubleshooting complex storage network solutions. Exercises engage participants in the same work they will encounter as Storage Networking Architects and Specialists. PREREQUISITES
