Payment Policy: All registration fees must be paid in US Dollars. Full payment must be made prior to attendance at the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations received by August 16 will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations between August 17 and September 16 are subject to a $250 cancellation charge. Cancellations on or after September 16 will not be entitled to a credit or refund. Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel are liable for the entire registration fee.

Academic Discount

Available to students and faculty only!

Students and faculty may attend technical sessions for only $295. To qualify, send a copy of your student/faculty ID (.jpg or .gif format) to sdc2013_reg@snia.org or fax us at 415.402.0009. Be sure to include your email address on your cover sheet.

Option 1

Discount and Rebate Program - Up to 30% Discount!

A group purchase of a minimum of five conference passes entitles a company to receive a 10% discount off the total cost of registration. Receive a 10% additional discount for every 5 persons registered, up to 15+ (maximum discount equals 30%). SNIA will make available to a company-designated representative (within 14 days of the conclusion of SDC) a list of their company registrants to calculate a single check rebate on the total earned discount. No special codes will be required with this program. Cancellations will be subject to the above cancellation policy.
