Christina Casten

Director of Strategic Programs, EMC

Ms. Christina Casten is a recognized leader in developing and executing strategic programs for some of the worldís largest and most influential organizations. For over 20 years, Ms. Casten has been dedicated to creating visionary customer care programs, developing open partnerships, spearheading thought leadership initiatives and solving organizational behavior problems to bring companies and the clients they serve closer together.

Ms. Casten is currently the Director of Strategic Programs for EMCís Centera division. Here she is credited with growing the market acceptance and standardization of Centera and CAS technology.

Ms. Casten has been at EMC since 1994 and has held leadership roles in Engineering, Knowledge Management and in Marketing. In her early days at EMC she spearheaded the Customer Council, an innovative customer care program that brought EMC clients closer to the inner workings of EMC to ensure product relevance and client satisfaction.

Prior to EMC, Ms. Casten held various senior roles at Wang Laboratories including Vice President International Marketing where she was responsible for strategic planning, trend spotting for emerging technologies, and business development.
