ANNOUNCING SNIA'S ENTERPRISE
INFORMATION WORLD - AUGUST 6-9, 2007
Months of hard work and preparation
between the SNIA staff and the DMF Leadership team paid off last
week with the announcement that SNIA will be joining forces with IDG
World Expo's Next Generation Data Center (NGDC) conference, for
Enterprise Information World (EIW) 2007. Partnering with a
powerhouse conference producer such as IDG will elevate the impact
and importance of EIW and the SNIA. The combination of the two
conference programs creates the most significant event of the year
covering the future of datacenter architectures, operations, and
infrastructure. The EIW conference program is focused on providing
the tools and best practices for those responsible for Managing
Information, Protecting Information and Preserving Information
within their organization.
Even though EIW 2007 is a SNIA-wide
program this year, the DMF is taking the lead for development of the
conference program. Tutorial and presentation abstracts for EIW can
be submitted online via the Call
for Speakers which is open now! In just a few days, response has
been overwhelming. Now is your chance to get involved. Please visit
