BOF: Long-Term Digital Information Retention TWG Formation
This BOF provides the opportunity for all who are interested in archive and information retention (users and vendors) to discuss the formation and charter of the LT-DIR TWG, and identify TWG Chairs. You should attend if you want to improve archive preservation and migration, and are interested in creating standards and best practices for information retention.

Host: Information Lifecycle Management Initiative

Our action plan for 2008 will be determined based upon the following planned discussions:

  • What standards would ILMI like to create for to address Service Level Management
  • How should we improve our collaboration with end users
  • Dave Dale will help ILMI identify alliances to pursue in 2008
