Workshops

The DMF ILM Initiative has developed a 3-hour workshop titled:

ITSM, ILM, and DATA CLASSIFICATION -- A DEEP DIVE FROM PROCESS TO POLICY TO PROCEDURE

This workshop can teach your organization the key process and technology-oriented solutions that can improve information-centric management: IT Service Management, ILM, and automated Data Classification.

To learn how to bring this workshop to your organization, email Edgar St. Pierre or Bob "Mister" Rogers.

About the ILM Initiative:

The ILM Initiative (ILMI) was created by the DMF to allow industry leaders and participants to come together into a community to focus on unifying, defining, implementing, and teaching the world about our vision for ILM and its impact on information and storage management. The ILMI operates as an online virtual community, sharing work efforts, training programs, and outreach services such as research, whitepapers and training, and educational courses. This portal’s chief objective is to serve IT professionals and will define and build certification programs, education, training, and a world-class collaborative information portal with global influence and reach. The ILMI’s goal is to build the knowledge base and training capabilities to become the worldwide authority on all aspects of ILM, helping all of the SNIA’s constituents (vendors, IT, regulatory agencies, and channel partners) to better understand and implement ILM-based solutions.
