The Ethernet Storage Forum

The SNIA Ethernet Storage Forum (ESF) is a marketing organization within the Storage Networking Industry Association created to drive the broad adoption of Ethernet-connected storage networking technologies and solutions. The ESF is composed of leading computer hardware, software, data storage and data management vendors dedicated to providing the global IT community with vendor-neutral information, education and exposure to Ethernet storage solutions.

The ESF accomplishes its mission through IT educational initiatives, delivered through industry events and SNIA events around the globe. In addition, the Ethernet Storage Forum creates marketing collateral materials covering features and benefits, deployment scenarios and examples, and best practices for Ethernet-connected storage networking technologies and solutions, and has an extensive media presence involving interviews, opinion pieces and contributed articles which are delivered all around the world.

Currently Storage over Ethernet and File Protocol technologies and solutions are the primary focus of the Ethernet Storage Forum.
