webinar

The File Protocols SIG is focused on the latest use cases and best practices related to NAS (Network Attached Storage) solutions, with a primary focus on NFS (Network File System) and SMB (Server Message Block) protocols. The goal is to educate on the application of these protocols, provide insight into their future direction and developments, and to drive their broad adoption. Particular focus will be on applications and benefits of NFS4.1 (including pNFS and FedFS) and SMB version 3.
