Membership and Program Fees

Joining the Storage Management Initiative or SMI-Lab is easy! Simply download and submit the appropriate forms. Use the tables below to determine your overall costs. Total Cost = Table A + Table B + Table C. Note that the fees for SMI or SMI-Lab will be invoiced immediately whereas fees for conformance testing will be invoiced when your actual application for testing is made.

Applications for CTP testing must be obtained directly from the CTP Program Manager. To determine which forms are required, please refer to the CTP Participation web page.
