End Users
Storage networking and information management activities play a large role in the daily operations of IT professionals. Existing and emerging technologies, platforms, solutions, and environments all interact to create new opportunities – and new challenges. The End User Council (EUC) was created in 2003 to aggregate and amplify the voice of the end user in the storage networking community. EUC members come from and represent companies that are a leading force in the innovative use of storage and networking technology. Via a collaboration between end consumers and suppliers to advance the development of storage networking technology and solutions, EUC members benefit by sharing ideas and participating in a number of programs designed to provide in-depth information on current and future storage networking technologies and solutions. The SNIA industry members benefit from a broader exposure to the customer base and its needs, and accurate definition of end-user requirements and priorities to accelerate the development of features and functionality that meet customer needs.
