Newly Created SFF Community!
The SFF Community was recently created to help promote and educate on SFF specifications. This includes cables, connectors, transceivers and other mechanical and electrical items that the SFF TWG develops. For more information, please contact sff-community-chair@snia.org.
The SFF TWG published updates to SFF Module Management Reference Code Tables (SFF-8024 Rev 4.13) and Storage System High Speed Cable Interconnect (SFF-TA-1026 Rev 2.0)
SFF-8024 provides codes for various host electrical interface and optical or other media interface specifications that may apply to pluggable modules. SFF-TA-1026 defines a shielded cable assembly and SMT connector with 72 or 144 contacts. For more information: https://www.snia.org/sff/specifications
