Bharti Soni

Bharti Soni has around 13 years of experience at IBM-ISDL, where she has led numerous projects focused on storage virtualization solutions. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with global teams and contributed to multiple projects. Bharti holds a Master’s degree from IIT Roorkee and has actively shared her expertise as a speaker at Society of Women Engineers (SWE) conference in 2017 Pune and 2025 Banglore. She is also the author of an IBM RedBook and several technical white papers. Bharti holds more than 12 patents on her invention portfolio. Bharti holds the prestigious IBM Senior Inventor badge in recognition of her innovative contributions. In 2020 and 2021, she represented IBM at the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), further showcasing her leadership in the field. Beyond her professional achievements, Bharti has a passion for solving puzzles, working on mathematical problems, and exploring complex algorithms.
