I'm a Linux kernel maintainer specialising in network file systems and high-performance storage protocols, with deep expertise in NFS and RDMA. My work focuses on the low-level infrastructure that enterprise and cloud storage depends on -- from kernel implementation to published standards. As co-maintainer of the Linux in-kernel NFS server, I'm responsible for code review, patch integration, and the ongoing health of one of the kernel's most widely-used subsystems. I've also authored or co-authored 11 IETF RFCs spanning NFS, RPC-over-RDMA, RPC encryption, and federated file systems -- including RFC 8166 (RDMA Transport for RPC) and RFC 9289 (RPC Encryption by Default).
