Heesung Yang

Heesung Yang is a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics, focusing on system software and storage platforms. His work spans CI infrastructure, Linux server modules, high-availability database clients, and storage system optimization. He has contributed to CI system development, Linux-based disk group management, and PostgreSQL clients for high-availability environments. He also worked on telemetry integration and failure analysis tools to enhance system observability and reliability. He played a key role in developing the Seamless FDP feature to automatically optimize write amplification factor (WAF), and is currently working on JBOF-level computation offloading.
