Dr. Yu-Ming Chang has served as Director at Wolley since 2016, leading technology and product development in storage class memory (SCM) controllers and NVMe-over-CXL solutions. Prior to joining Wolley, he was a manager at the Emerging System Lab of Macronix Taiwan and a technical consultant for the National Security Bureau. Dr. Chang has published over 50 technical papers at leading international conferences, including DAC, ICCAD, and ISLPED. He holds more than 40 patent applications, with 23 patents granted. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University.
