Use this Excel List to access international dialing numbers. This list was updated on September 13, 2012.

Participants Features for ALL Participants

*0 Speak to an operator

*1 Mute/Un-mute your own line

*7 Go to a sub-conference/Return to main conference #0 Hear the help menu

Moderator-only Features

*0 Speak to an operator

*1 Mute/Un-mute your own line

*2 Mute/Un-mute participants lines (participants can not press *1 to un-mute themselves)

*4 Lock/Unlock the conference

*5 Mute/Un-mute the conference (participants can press *1 to un-mute themselves)

*6 Terminate call when moderator disconnects

*#1 Disconnect all participants

*#2 Hear the number and/or names of participants

*#5 Start/Stop recording

*0 Ask an operator to dial out to a new participant
