Abstract
This presentation will apprise you on an end-to-end workflow of scale-out Kubernetes cluster deployment. It’ll also offer insights into the dynamic creation of persistent volumes for containers over NVMe-OF target and running an application that stores data in the persistent volume. These persistent volumes are usually host-bound, but you can leverage different backing stores.
In this presentation, our key focus will be GlusterFS. This is because of its capability to mount and expose different volumes to Kubernetes system while maintaining a replicated system for high availability. Further, we shall take a look at this storage performance testing - techniques, tools & results.
