Abstract
Non-volatile memories such as magnetic random access memory (MRAM), resistive RAM (RRAM) and phase change memory (PCM) such as 3D XPoint are rolling out in products serving enterprise, data center, edge and endpoint applications. This talk will give projections on the growth of these new memory products, discrete and embedded, with examples of current products as well as some discussion on the role of memory and storage networks that enable emerging uses of these memories and which will transform computing architectures.
