Hybrid cloud environment provide benefits of both on premise and private/public clouds like better scalability, high security, improved resource utilization, reduction in expenditure on hardware and so on. Having data on premise will give better performance and throughput whereas storing data on cloud will reduce the maintenance and infrastructure costs.
