Abstract
This presentation will give an overview of the recent developments in the Linux I/O stack with a focus on new features and technologies that have been implemented in the last 12 months.
Topics include NVMe over Fabrics, NVMe Multipathing, improved support for zoned block devices, multi-actuator disk drives, I/O scheduling, Open Channel devices, IRQ balancing, and more.
