Abstract

PowerShell is a task-based command-line shell and scripting language that helps rapidly automate tasks that manage operating systems (Linux, macOS, and Windows) and processes. PowerShell is open-source, object-based and includes a rich expression parser and a fully developed scripting language with a gentle learning curve. The PowerShell Toolkit for SNIA Swordfish(tm) provides simple to use commands for managing any Swordfish Implementation (including the SNIA API Emulator). Windows Admin Center is a locally-deployed, browser-based management tool set that lets you manage your Windows Servers with no Azure or cloud dependency. Building on the Swordfish PowerShell Tool Kit, a new open source project that integrates SNIA Swordfish™ support into the Windows Admin Center is now available. Attend this session to learn how to use the SNIA Swordfish PowerShell Modules to jumpstart development of your own Swordfish implementation, and to get an overview of how the Windows Admin Center integration will be developed, leveraging the PowerShell Toolkit.
