Abstract
This specification defines a standard procedure to measure and a standard metric to characterize the molecular stability of DNA in a DNA Data Containment System (DCS) so that a DCS being considered as a part of a DNA data storage solution can be objectively compared, in terms of how effectively the DCS protects the media, vs. other DCSs being so considered.
