SNIA KMIP Test Program Announced; Meets Demand for Encryption Key Management Conformance Testing

San Francisco, CA (February 24, 2014) — The Storage Security Industry Forum (SSIF), a special interest community within the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), today announced the official launch of the Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) Test Program. The KMIP Test Program and its test suites and protocols provide for conformance testing based on KMIP usage profiles and interoperable, secure solutions.

SNIA Appoint new Board of Directors

April 15, 2008: The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) for Australia and New Zealand has announced its board of directors for 2008/09.

The new appointments include Kate Walker, CEO of the Records Management Association of Australia (RMAA) who has been appointed to the board in an advisory capacity. SNIA has been strengthening ties with the RMAA and the latest appointment shows just how far this co-operation has come.
