Colorado Springs, CO - (Date) – March 5, 2019, The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) will present the latest advances in their technology focus areas of Persistent Memory (PM), Physical Storage, and Next Generation Data Center Management at two events in March.
A new SNIA “Hackathon” program to help software developers understand the various tiers and modes of PM and what existing methods are available to access them will be featured at the Non-Volatile Memory Workshop (NVMW2019). At Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit, the new Computational Storage technical work group will showcase their work, and SNIA will discuss the latest developments with DMTF Redfish® and SNIA Swordfish™, a unified approach to management of servers and storage, on the show floor.
