2019-07-16

SNIA will have over 40 speakers presenting in various tracks on Persistent Memory, Computational Storage, Storage Management, and Solid State Drives (SSD) performance, as well as a session featuring SNIA’s work on SSD Form Factors.

WHAT:  Flash Memory Summit 2019
WHERE:   Santa Clara Convention Center, Santa Clara, CA
WHEN: August 5 - 8, 2019

Highlights of SNIA’s Activities at Flash Memory Summit

SNIA will host the first-ever FMS Persistent Memory Programming tutorial and two-day persistent memory hackathon. SNIA persistent memory experts will support software developers in a live coding exercise to better understand the various tiers and modes of persistent memory and explore existing best practices.

SNIA Reception
To learn about the technical work and key initiatives that SNIA experts are working on related to persistent memory and physical storage, be sure to attend the SNIA Solid State Storage reception on Monday evening, August 5, 2019.

Persistent Memory Demo
Visit the SNIA team in booth #820 in the exhibit hall, where multi-vendor persistent memory performance demonstrations from SNIA members AgigA Tech, Micron, SMART Modular, Supermicro, and Viking Technology will be featured.

SNIA Swordfish™ storage management experts and representatives from the Computational Storage Technical Work Group (TWG) will also be on hand to answer questions.
